im currently cutting and trying to shake off some body fat by christmas....followed by heavy lifting through the spring, but anyway, what should i be eating during the cut phase...like what is healthy to eat and stuff like that....i never really dieted before
Sorry but this board is not a "help me b/c I can't do research myslef" board - you have made 8 or so threads all basically asking for open ended help. Typically, and if you had taken the time to read the stickys you would know, you should post up what you are currently eating/training/whatever and we can help you tweak it - it just seems from your threads that you are young and bored or just to lazy to research
it has been posted before and you have been told to read it - so why dont you do it? It has pretty much all the information you need on routines, programming, eating, excersises etc...

Simply........dropping some weight is not as hard as it is made out to be. Do more and eat less is what I say.
Eat eggs, poultry, fish, lean meats, complex carbs, healthy fats, and salads/green veggies. Don't eat or drink sugar . Don't drink alcohol. Try to drink~ a gallon of water a day.
