Dietary bros, I need some help.
I'm on the road usually 4 days/week (I fly airplanes) and find it very difficult to manage my diet. Basically what I do now is pack a lot of protein powder and take a shaker. I take lots of canned tuna. And I will usually make a days worth of chicken breasts the night before I leave town to eat the first day. I can't take 4 days worth because of refrigeration. I also try to get a few salads with fat free dressing while I'm travelling. Today I bought a jar of some fat free dressing that I'm going to pack with me so I can now just order a dry salad. Anyone have any other ideas?
