Diet when on holiday....

I'm off for 2 weeks in Ibiza and I'm wondering what kind of foods would work for:
1) Staving off catabolism when dancing for extended periods:
I'm thinking complex carbs?
2) Keeping cut and avoiding bloat for when on the beach:
Fruit all day?

I'll probably avoid things like pasta and bread as they'll probable bloat me and make me hold water.
I'll be training here and there when on vacation.
Any input or ideas appreciated!
 
Dude u'll be plenty occupied in ibiza to burn them calories :D

It's a holiday so try to enjoy it but if you're really wanna keep ur nutrition in check, wouldnt hurt to take a few packets of Met Rx with you

Also just make healthy food choices i guess.
 
Try to eat lots of complex carbs duting the day and never forget your protein. An MRP will work well. Also, if you can avoid excessive consumption of alcohol (yeah right... lol) and drink lots of water.
 
when we went to portugal a few years back i had a great time cos there was tonnes of grilled fish dishes and vegetables. Also on holidays i tend to lose alot of weight cos i dont eat as much since we're always out and about and i love walking and walk so much with back packs on that its a great workout
 
Its weird cos the thought of no supplements (vitamins etc) is quite daunting. Am i addicted to them?!?
Also Ibiza is soooo body conscious, I want to look the best I can. I'm quite paranoid that I'll lose a lot of muscle or gain fat by not eating well.
Its funny, my friends call it the "Protein paranoia".
 
El Guacho, firstly you seen some of the blokes that go to ibiza? They are propper boozers and therefore have very little tone ;)s
secondly you'd get a shag if you're hairier than a gorilla down there so if you've got good muscle now... boy.. i envy you bro ;)
