Diet to harden up... for the Beach...

What's up guys?

Age: 29
Height 5'10
Weight 165
10 -12 % bf

Goals: Harden up a little... look lean on the beach... I'm going on the 22nd, and 23rd of July...

I plan on using this as a diet guideline:

Days-------Calories---Protein---Carbs----Fat---Cardio
Day 1:-------2990-----250-----250-----110-----45min - low
Day 2:-------2990-----275-----225-----110-----45min - low
Day 3:-------2900-----275-----225-----100-----30min - low
Day 4:-------2810-----275-----225-----90------30min - low
Day 5:-------2810-----275-----225-----90
Day 6:-------3200-----250-----325-----100

Repeat...

What do you guys think? I'll likely be running winny and prop for 5 weeks as well...

I just want to know if you think that's enough cals etc... my goals aren't to put on a lot of mass... well I mean any mass would be great... but I basically would be happy with 8 - 10 lean pounds... and a little extra hardness...

I plan on using Creatine/Glutamine/green tea through out...

Yes the calories are too high for your exercise amount and if you are using AAS you can clearly even go lower on the calories 2000 - 2200 would do the job
 
Sounds good... I guess I was just too worried about losing too much too quickly... but ya... I might drop then lower then... I dunno... I'm not that huge to begin with.. but figure I'd looke better in the single digits.. I dunno.... I'll be running Winny/Prop for 6 weeks as well... and was hoping to add some quality muscle at the same time... but I guess I gotta pick one or the other, and go for it...
