hey fellas i am currently 5'8" 170 at 8% bf....tryin to put on some size without gaining a lot of fat ....heres what i was thinking of....no cardio, no gear....
Breakfast: 16 egg whites
1 cup of oatmeal
meal 2: 2 servings of glycerlean
2 tbsp natural PB
meal 3: 3 slices of whole wheat bread
2 cans of tuna fish
meal 4: (preworkout) 1 serving of myoplex deluxe
1 banana
meal 5: (post workout) 1 chicken breast (8-10 ounces)
2 cups of lucky charms (dextrose)
2.5 cups of skim milk
i believe my ratios are close to 50/35/15 at about 2800 calories......any suggestions/criticisms welcome...was thinkin about throwin in the creating but i tend to hold a lil water on it and being summer and all not too sure i want that but we'll see
