Diet Question

I got a quick question for everyone. If you are dieting down but you are usually pretty low on your cals do you eat after 8pm or do you wait until the next day? The meal would only be protein and fats but I wasnt sure. Ive been coming up at 1900 or so with 5 meals a day on the past 2 training days (lifting and 25 min cardio) and Im 195 pounds so I should be at 2200 or better but Im not hungry. Opinions?
 
as long as your calories are in check it shouldnt be too much of a problem.. if fat loss is your goal, then you are correct in stating that eating a P+F after 8 is a better option than carbs
some protein, preferebly slow released like casein at bedtime will be beneficial because it will slowly release protein and nutrients into ur system whilst u sleep
 
I SLAM while I'm in bed and watching the game.....peanuts, protein shake, veggies and Fat Free DIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SLAM! Then it's cardio at 430am, so it's a wash...lol.....kidding.
