I got a quick question for everyone. If you are dieting down but you are usually pretty low on your cals do you eat after 8pm or do you wait until the next day? The meal would only be protein and fats but I wasnt sure. Ive been coming up at 1900 or so with 5 meals a day on the past 2 training days (lifting and 25 min cardio) and Im 195 pounds so I should be at 2200 or better but Im not hungry. Opinions?
