Diet pill?

So. I'm 17. I've been working out forever. Sports all my life. I'm healthy. But, I have 10 pounds to lose. Anyway a diet pill would aid this process?

I have heard that diet pills are unhealthy, but I was wondering if their is one that I could actually benefit from. Or, are they all bad?

Have you thought about changing up your diet? I wouldn't mess with the diet pills.

I have the same the problem. The diet that I lost 20lbs on, just was not working. I would eat more; eat less; mess with the macros, zig-zag, etc.

So, I started a CKD this week. I'm on day 4 and, so far, the results are amazing. I'm not taking an fat burners. I'm only lifting weights; no cardio. Its a DIET, so I will only be on it until I reach my goal (likely just for 3-4 weeks). Then I will make some adjustments for a maintenance lifestyle.

NcyGirl That is a great diet for results...I can can just never stick to the darn thing! Good for you!

Yes, I'm loving it. I had to do something to "shock" the body (if that's the right term").

Oh, the first two days were HARD. I'm using Mr. X's calculation sheet. 144 grams of fat & only 57 grams of protein. That's a lot of oil to get down. To be honest, my carbs were under 30grams, not 20. lol. However, I'm impressed with the results and I feel wonderful.

I'm looking forward to my carb-up on Friday. :p

nyc girl.. good on you for keepinw with that.. I've attempted it sooo many times but always seem to give up by day 3 and convince myself that I need the carbs.

I just worry that when ( like you.. I only plan to go on it for 3 weeks or so) I decide to re introduce the cars, I'll be bad and bloaty!

If you use Mr. X's spreadsheet, that will help you out alot. I wasn't strict the first 2 days. Hell, being under 30grams is alot better than nothing. Days 3-5, allowed me to have more protein (mmmmm, chicken thigs w/ skin :p). Tomorrow is my last day, and then I carb up (and will have Glucorell handy). Yes, the weight loss (so far) is likely mainly water (3lbs). But, I feel great.

When I'm done with this, my carbs will be lower than before. Also, I plan on incorporating more starchy veggies into my diet in lieu of grains and breads.

The link in my sig is very handy if you need additional information.

You're young honey, I bet you are actually not taking in enough food. Post up your typical day and let us take a look. The biggest mistake most make is not giving their body what it need and that causes your body to just hold on to whatever it can.
