Just wondering what kind of diet i should use on my cycle... i'm using deca and EQ.... just wondering what you guys do for a diet....

im 6'5" 230 lbs. 20% bf and i am starting a deca/test/winny stack as soon as i find the gear, do y'all have any diet suggs for me? i want to cut bf to about 10% and put on about 15-20 lbs lean muscle, i will run about a 14 week staggered cycle and winny for the last 4 weeks only then clomid for 2 weeks. diet suggestions would be great,

strangely enough thats about what i am 6'4" 240lbs 18% bf wanna put on about 20 - 25 lbs... sorry for the lack of info earlier

If you wnat to cut up, Cut Carbs Start doing Cardio, Preferably in the morning before you eat, Pleanty of Protein, No Sugars..Now if your trying to Bulk Just Eat like a Fucking Madman..It dosn't really matter what gear your running, You can cut on Whatever..Diet is Key
