diet for new cycle

I'm 206 Lbs. and am about to start a bulking cycle which will include (deca, dbol, test, & tren) and will last for 12 weeks. I'm looking to put on 35 lbs

now from what I can see I need to take in about 400g protien / day
600g carbs / day ????
no more than 100g fat / day ???

are these proportions correct?
 
Its hard to accurately advise you w/o any stats. I know your goal is 35lbs. This wont be all lean, as you probably know. You will put on excess fat and water to get up to your desired weight level. If this is acceptable for you then cool. IMO you can easily gain that much weight eating as much as you are. But if you think you're putting on too much fat then decrease your carb intake. You are eating almost 5000cals, which in most people's case is enough to gain weight, unless your maintainence level is extremely high. I've done both, bulked eating everything in site, and bulked eating clean but well above my maintainence level. For me the latter is better,healthier, and when your ready for your cutting diet, you want have as much to lose, which is always good in my book. I have gained 40lbs on a terrible diet and to get down to 9%BF i had to lose 30lbs. Not very good results for the hard ass work i had to do to cut down.
 
what would you suggest I break the carbs down to?

my normal intake is about 230g protien, 300g carbs. this has maintained my muscle/body wieght for the last year or so.

I know I will gain about 10-15 lbs of weight that will be shed after cycle

I want to get down to around 220 with 10%bf....I am currently about 18%

I say stick with your initial diet, and play it by ear, or rather by what you see in the mirror. If and when you start to put on too much fat, cut back.
 
I wouldnt be as precise as you are. Just get the 400grams of protein, have a nice post workout shake and lets the fats and carbs come as they are. You will be eating them anyway, but just worry about protein. Try to make majority of that come from whole foods, Steak, chicken, tuna, lots of beef.
 
I know i lot of people think its too much trouble to stress on counting everything and maybe in a bulking diet you can relax a little, but IMO on a cutting diet you need to count everything to be as accurate as you can. If you dont count, how do you know how much to cut carbs if your gaining too much fat?? And the other way around-- If you're not gaining enough how would you know how much more to eat. I think if your really serious about it and if you want to be as accurate as you can, and to really get the results you want, you have to do count. Just my .02 though.
