Diet for bulking..

What's the best ratios to bulk without gain to much fat, i current on a CKD and when i finish it, i'm plaining to not rise so much my BF, whats the best ratios for diet ???
is 40c/40p/20f ok??

I need to say this, i'm from Brazil and here, we do not use to eat fat on the diets, normaly we follow a diet like 50-60%c/ 30-35%p/ 5-10% fat, i don't know if it is to bad, cause a lot of guys follow this diet and they have amazig gains, what would you suggest??
If i have to follow the ratio 40/40/20 or any other, do i have to separate the the fat from the carbs, eg: in my launch if i eat rice, so i have to mix with some protein and no fat?? and on the afternoon i eat a prot + fat meal??

Ps: know you undestand why i didn't know what was a "oatmeal" ehehhe :D

is 40c/40p/20f ok??try: 50%protein/30%carbs/20%fat, surely would keep fat down; weight x 18-20

you need fat in your diet no matter what other ppl do
