Okay guys, my current stats are: 20 years old- 6'4 195lbs.... I am trying to bulk up to around 205-210lbs within the next couple of months, and I just want to know if this is a good diet to get to that amount...

meal 1 (11am): 1 can tuna, 2 pieces of bread, mayo, 2 cups milk, yogurt
meal 2 (2pm): 1 chicken breast (27g protein), 2 cups milk, yogurt
meal 3 (4pm): lebrada shake w/ 2 cups milk, 2 tbsp Peanut butter, strawberries, 7g creatin
meal 4 (6pm): same as meal 1
meal 5 (9pm): chicken breast with white rice, 2 cups milk, peas&carrots
meal 6 (1am): yogurt, nutri-grain bar, 2 cups milk

I am getting around 260-275 grams of protein daily..

I need some criticism on this guys, so shoot at will! Thanks a lot! :fro:

i'd say cut down on the milk and yogurt ..... i know they're good protein sources, but i think you need some more complex carbohydrates in there

I'd take out the dairy from the first and last meals and replace it with some other good protein source. I also don't like Nutri-Grain bars because of their high sugar content, but if your eating it directly after a workout then I'd say keep it.
