Hi All

It has been strongly suggested that I post my diet for some expert suggestions/improvements etc: Firstly I am 28, 6ft 3in, 210lbs (18lbs is excess fat - belly), training 3 times a week for 12 months.

My workouts consist of:

Warm up: 20 mins run/cross trainer
Main: Weights for 40 mins (1 body part per week)
Warm down: 10 mins rowing/cycling

Diet: (2 litres of water per day)

Typical:

(am) cereal and toast
(midday) chicken salad sandwiches and crisps
(evening) rice or pasta with meat and chicken (occaisonal curry, burger and other such fatty food) - no chocolate

Tea, coffee and beer also get consumed. I do tend to each large portions (growing lad).

I am starting my first 6 week cycle of Avanvar @30mg per day, and I want to lose my excess 18lbs, whilst building subtley. Suggestions would be very welcome, as I want to do this right.

Thanks to all who contribute.

Well, if you are wanting to lose that much fat, then toast, cereal, milk, rice, pasta, and bread are not for you my friend!

Very limited amounts if you really want to hone in on that fat.

Also, 3 meals a day won't do shit. You need at LEAST 5 smaller ones.

Stick to protein/healthy fats/veggies. Some carbs post workout and maybe one other meal in the day. You may want to do cardio separate in the morning, and weight train 4 times a week separate.

Wow, I didn't realise my diet was so bad!

Could you give me some high protein sources other than Chicken Tuna and Whey. I really struggle to see how I can consume 300-400g of protein ED. Is there something I don't know?

Thanks Clean

Bro,
No one said you have to consume 300-400g daily. If you can that's great. I mean Eggs, chicken, tuna, whey, any kind of fish, steak, meats, are all good sources of protein.

Definitely eat at least 5 smaller meals a day, or every 2.5-3 hours for maximum results.

Try seasoning to spice things up, low sodium sauces.

make sure to eat healthy fats, cut back on the saturated fats.

Cheers Clean - I have already started to monitor my protein and carb in take. Averaging about 200grams a day of protein at the mo, and about 150grams carbs 80 grams fat. This any good?

Could you possibly post your diet. I would love to know how you consume 200 grams in a day. i know its easy for most of you but its such a challenge to get up to it, for me anyway.

You have absolutely no idea how to eat, and/or what to eat, but you are going to jump on some AAS for help right? Do me a favor. Grab your sack of anavar, walk over to the toilet, and flush it................

Sorry for being so harsh, but these threads are driving me crazy and they seem to be multiplying now that school is out.................

DO SOME RESEARCH! before you hurt yourself and waste your money........

Jkurz - I understand your upset - but everyone has to start somewhere. Since this post I have sorted out my diet, with thanks to people like you on these forums. As a novice I have a lot to learn, but am learning quickley. I know I am 28 - but how did you know I was still at school??

If you wanna give me some tips on my diet mate - you are more than welcome to do so. I am a good listener.

Look forward to receiving some encouragement from you - thanks. :)
