Hey Ladies! Ok, here's my issue (has been for a long time): DIET! I just started my cycle (200mgs of Primo and 10mgs of winnie daily) and have been working out for 2 years. I am 5'5 weigh 144lbs(as of today) and not too sure of my BF %. I cook EVERY DAY for my fiance, who is a bodybuilder getting preped for a show in August. I seem to be much more concerned with getting his diet straight, that i am neglecting my own. My goal is to tone up and trian for the same show...We attend the Mr. O show every year in Vegas, so the motivation is there, but... any suggestions?
