:taco: Hey Ladies! Ok, here's my issue (has been for a long time): DIET! I just started my cycle (200mgs of Primo and 10mgs of winnie daily) and have been working out for 2 years. I am 5'5 weigh 144lbs(as of today) and not too sure of my BF %. I cook EVERY DAY for my fiance, who is a bodybuilder getting preped for a show in August. I seem to be much more concerned with getting his diet straight, that i am neglecting my own. My goal is to tone up and trian for the same show...We attend the Mr. O show every year in Vegas, so the motivation is there, but... any suggestions?

Are you asking for suggestions on how to take care of both your diet and his? What exactly are the problems and how are you neglecting yourself? Just trying to get clarity so I can answer you :)

seems to me that you have the first obstacle covered-your husband is on board for eating clean :)
why don't you just eat the same stuff, but in the proportions/cals that work for you?
seems easy enough to just make more of whatever you are making for him, but tweaking it for you.

Seriously? Good luck with that. Why are you coming here asking for advice when you are just going to do what you want anyways?

Thanks for that "reassurance" I guess you could call it! I know that's what I need to do, and as of two days ago, have started doing just that. I began eating every 3 hours, beginning with my protien at first wake. I'll see how that plays out. I appreciate your time..I really wanna tone and get in great shape. :qt:

I can appreciate the fact you are a well seasoned athlete and know what you are talking about, however I do not. Which is why I seek advice here and am not looking to "do what i want". I look for POSITIVE assistance and learn from those that have only that to offer.

I am positive you are going to regret this cycle and the does you are choosing. Once the side effects start (2-4 weeks from now) there is no turning back once your clit starts to grow it will never return to normal. Once your voice drops it will never be the same. I am trying to help you avoid a very big mistake 200mg is insane for a newb cycle. If your fine giving up your femininity then that is your choice but I can promise you at that dose side effects will happen and because of the long acting ester in primo even once you stop they will continue to worsen up to two weeks after the last injection.
 
Are you getting pressured from your husband to do this cycle? It just kinda seems like it's a lot, especially for a first cycle. Listen to superqt, she really knows her stuff!!!
I don't think I could handle those sides....
I'm not interested in doing a cycle, mainly because I am really interested how much I can transform naturally. But if I were to do it, all the info here points to starting off with anavar at a low dose.
There is so much good info here, and everyone is great for helping out with opinions, and I really think you may want to listen up here, it might save you some heartache in the long run.:)
 
I know it seems harsh but QT absolutely knows what she's talking about. If you admit that you don't, then you need to absolutely listen to what she is telling you and take it as gold. I get the feeling there's external pressure pushing you to do a dose this high. Anyone telling you to stack on your first cycle is not looking out for your best interests. We are.
 
I apologize if there was a miss communication on my part. My SO is DEFINITLY not putting ANY pressure what so ever on me...this is HIS world that I am trying to enter and he is trying to help. I lowered my doseage as suggested and I have had zero side effects thus far (keeping my fingers crossed). I am doing as suggested with my diet and my goal is to up my cardio alot! I don;t do as much as I would like so. I do about 30 minutes 4 times a week. The rest is weight training. actually, this is my second cycle, however, it is the FIRST one I'm taking seriously. Clit hasnt changed in size at all and I hope it maintains that. I have a slight headache today but I'm thinking it's the weather change... thanks for all your advise and i am soaking all of it in.
