I am 24 , 200 lbs , 9-10 %. I am currently on test prop 500mg/wk. 40md/day var and 600mg a week eq. I have a very active lifestyle,and a job which has me on my feet 10 hrs a day.

1. 12 egg wts 1 yolk and .5 cup oats
2. 10 0z chicken breast and .5 cup oats
3. 10 oz chicken breast
4. 10 oz chicken breast
5. 3 scoops whey and 6 oz oj (post workout)
6. 10 oz lean ground beef, and 1 cup broccoli
7. 80z of ff cotage cheese

Its about 2450 cals total. I feel very flat however. Any input would be appreciated. My goal is to drop about 2% bf in the next 5 weeks. I am using 25 grams of creatine a day.

Dude, you're flat because you have no carbs....cmon....balance out and eat clean......2/12 pounds of meat daily is dumb.....add a little cardio and you'll drop the fat.....promise.

So, what do ya think, maybe 50 grams of carbs per meal in the first 4 meals. That would add about 600 more cals. Cardio 5x a week 30 min. The protein is so high because of the var.

lemme take a stab at this...
It's hard to say exactly what ratio you're keeping your nutrients at, but I'm going to say it's something close to 90% protein 5% carbs and fat. You're only getting about 150 carbs daily and that's about 5% of 2500. I understand you want to keep protein hi, but if your body doesnt have carbs to turn into glucose, it's going to convert the protein into it instead, so therefore that 450 grams of protein or so isn't getting used up mainly for what you'd like it to.

Your best bet would simply be to decrese protein, add more carbs and eat somewhat balanced. If you're eating 7 meals a day, I say keep the first 5 including post workout all carbs and protein, then your last 2 just protein and fat. If you are eating 2450 calories daily, then take that number and figure out how many calories would equal out to be 50% protein 30% carbs, and 20% fat, then, divide out those amounts amongst your meals, but like I said but all the carbs in the first 5 and the fat in the last 2.

Do cardio on your off days for about 30-45 minutes or so. Go run outside on a track or a park or through the town streets, it makes time go by much faster.

I suggest cycling your carbs for maximum fat loss. Go low for a couple of days (100 grams) and then go high for 2 days (250 grams). Add some healthy fats to your diet like flax oil, olive oil and natural PB. It will make a huge difference. You need healthy fats to burn bodyfat!
