diet after caesarean

I gave birth by caesarean, I have been a body builder all my life and I was wondering what type of diet should I do to recover faster and go back to the gym asap. My baby girl is a week old now and she ise very healthy and beautiful, I'm so glad. thank you.
 
First off congrats!!!

I would focus on your protein intake and just an overall healthy diet. Stay hydrated too. Muscle memory will take over once you are ready to get back to training. For now, focus on protein intake and let your body heal.
 
I would say that you could follow the same diet you did while you were not pregnant. The most important thing is to have enough protein, fats and microelements in your diet so your body would have enough of them to recover itself. Also, keep a small caloric surplus, do not diet down immediately.
