Did something weird doing deads...

Ok...i was doing deadlifts...maxing out.
Felt strong as hell.
No belt or wraps.
Did like 3 or 4 warm up sets.
Hit 495 for 1 no problem.
Then went for 515...when i was in the bottom position sinking my butt into the bar and pulling at the start i felt some pain in my right oblique or rip area...I think it had something to do with a breathing muscle as at the bottom i breathe in hard before i start to lift the weight.

Anyone know what i did? Anyone felt this before.

What kind of pain? More descriptive....

Hmmm...well a small bump i think that is abnormal has kinda appeared there. It's more of a stretching pain then anything else..

pullovers would hurt a ton i would imagine.
And i get pain when i breathe in hard.
The pain is in my ribcage...kind;ve a pang of pain if that is a good descriptive word...
 
Rest...and you know that if it doesn't get better SOON...see a doc!!!

I don't know how you feel. A friend of mine last week told me that I was the most hard headed person that she had ever met...lol... She was laughing but serious.
