Yes, He-Man and Skeletor did....they used Eternian veterinary steroids intended for animals like Battlecat and Panthor.... 
I think skeletor did hexalon and halotestin, maybe some anadrol...he had a serious case of roid rage...maybe he was on the verge of organ failure I mean look at his face..and the color of his skin...maybe he was pisssed coz weider wouldn´t sign him up?..I dont know..but maybe someone else does?
