I am 6.0" 286lbs..I haven't had a bodyfat test but I think it would be high...I want to lose fat without losing to much muscle
I currently consume:
2700cals 330g pro 177g carbs 74g fat
also an extra 500cal on weights days(4x week) due to an extra scoop protein and a twinlab ultrafuel after workout..20min areobics 3-4xweek
am-2x phenyltropic ppa
meal1-all bran+milk, 1scoop wheyw/-flax
meal2-myoplex deluxe w/-flax
meal3-cottage cheese, wholemeal spaghetti,veges,5 egg whites
meal4-same as 3
meal5-myoplex deluxe w/-whey
meal6-2 scoop whey w/-flax
Does this look ok?....i think i need help as i look like the michelon tyre man
