Does anybody actually do decline bench press i personally have never i dont find my chest lacking or anything just curious, looking for other peoples opinions. wondering if i should incorpirate it into my chest routine which looks something like this
Flat Bench 4-8reps 4sets
Incline Dumbell 4-8 4Sets
Weighted Dips 6-8 4 sets
Incline fly Dumbell 8-12 4sets
Cable Fly 8-12 4sets

Yes i do, and i think its extremely underrated.. It gives an awesome look to your lower outer pecs, people say it give you moobs which is complete nonsense, high bodyfat gives you man boobs not building muscle.. If you lag on your lower pec i highly recommend you add it to your routine, also an EMG study showed decline dumbell press is the most effective exercise for chest.

Agree 100 %

Also, I think dips are underrated also!

Cool i must throw in into my routine. would you do all three (Incline, Flat & Decline) in every session??

Yes, so for your routine, I would put in the decline right after you finish your incline bench.
(I also agree with everything that has been posted above)

I find decline is a waste of time, my chest reacts much better to below parrell pushups instead of decline press

I love the decline DB press. With a deep stretch on the bottom. Def give it a try.

Also weighted dips with a forward lean is great to for ur lower pecs
