Dear rx123,
Yes, clomid is a good idea during the last weeks of the cycle and post-cycle. You can use nolvadex, but I would recommend Armidex (Liquidex is a cheaper version).
NOLVADEX: (tamoxifen citrate)
10mg/tab 60 or 250/bottle
This drug is a potent nonsteroidal anti-estrogen. It is intended for use in estrogen dependent tumors, i.e. breast cancer. Steroid users take Nolvadex to prevent the effects of estrogen in the body. This estrogen is most often the result of aromatizing affect of steroids. It can aid in preventing edema, gynecomastia, and female pattern fat distribution, all of which might occur when a man’s estrogen levels are too high. Also these affects can occur when androgen levels are too low, making estrogen the predominant hormone. This can occur when endogenous androgens have been suppressed by the prolonged use of exogenous steroids in combination with cutting of these exogenous sources. Nolvadex works by competitively binding to target estrogen sites like the breast. This drug is not toxic nor have any side effects been seen in athletes who used the drug as an anti-estrogen. This drug is the most popular anti-estrogen among steroid users by far. Although this drug does not turn out to be 100% effective for everyone, it does seem to exhibit some level of effectiveness for all. It works so well for some bodybuilders, they can take untraditional drugs like Dianabol or Anadrol right up to a contest as long as they stack it with Nolvadex. It would seem wise to take this drug in conjunction with any steroid cycle. Most reported a dosage of 10mg to 20mg daily got the job
ARIMIDEX Substance: Anastrozole
Brand names: Arimidex (Tablets) , Liquidex (Liquid)
Arimidex is not a steroid. It is a tablet form anti-aromitase that is used by many body builders to help prevent bloating (edema) and Gynecomastia (bitch tit) associated with the use of testosterone and androgens. It can be used in place of Nolvadex ,Clomid, etc. Bodybuilders are using around .25mg to 1mg per day or .5mg to 1mg every other day and are having good success with it. A box of 28/1mg tablets will run around $200-$300. There is a new liquid form that was introduced and made available May of 2001 that comes in a 20ml bottle and contains 4mg/ml. The price is much better and can be found for as little as $260 a bottle versus $550 for the same amount in tablet form. The FDA approved uses are for the treatment of breast cancer in post-menopausal women with disease progression following tamoxifen therapy. Hypersensitivity to anastrozole are reasons not to use this drug. If you have these problems please inform your doctor. Common side effects are: shortness of breath, dizziness, diarrhea, vomiting, headache, hat flashes, weakness, cough, dry mouth, skin rash, sweating, abdominal pain and bone pain. Some less common symptoms are vaginal bleeding, weight gain, tiredness, chills, fever, breast pain, and itching. In case of an overdose, it is recommended to contact your poison control center.

FATS->EFA's like: flaxseed oil, sesamese seed oil, sunflowerseed oil, grapeseed oil, olive oil, peanut oil
CARBS:Low-GI carbs: oatmeal, brown-rice, yams, beans, sweet-potato
Lean Proteins...try to at least get a serving of each type of protein...milk,casein,whey,soy,egg
Feel free to PM me if you have any other questions.
