Because it's pointless and argumentative. It add nothing to forum which exists to help women meet their training goals.

But alot of women on this board who seen them pictures and listened to Wilson6 ramble on about her diet and training should realise that if she is using a fair amount of gear or growth hormone, then there is no point in them trying to train or eat like her.

If you are not doing everything she is doing, not just the steroids but all the other drugs that are used in competive bodybuilding along with the training and diet, then you will never look like her no matter how damn good your Genetics are.

there is no point in them trying to train or eat like her.

No......there is no way in hell that a woman NOT on AAS is going to achieve her level of muscularity. But I dare say 90% of the women on this board would NEVER want to look like her (I sure as hell would though :D ) So, being educated on 2 out of three of the components (diet and exercise) that made that woman look like that IS something MOST of us are EXTREMELY interested in.

You can train and diet like her for 100 years if you wish, but I can tell you that you will never get her size and definition if you are not using the same combination of gear.

I believe Wilson6 said she had a sports Doctor helping her with her diet? I will bet that was not all he was helping her with. At that level you need a Doctor to help control your hormone levels and drug interactions to gain the most from them.

You, or I could inject ourselves with every steroid under the sun, but if you don't use the correct combination of other drugs required, you will just look like any other AAS user.

That is what separates the top competitors from the intermediates.
 
You clearly are not reading my replies closely enough, or you are simply not understanding them. Either way this is the end of our exchange. :)
 
Well hell, then I guess I had just better quit. I guess the radical changes that occured in my body from nutrition and proper training were all just a figment of my imagination.
I think the point is that the gear will give you the edge that will put you over the top - nobody is disputing that but without the foundation all the gear in the world won't get you there.

You did say you wanted to look like her!!!!!!

You can have two guy's both using 1000 mg of Test per week and one looks great and the other looks like shit. Now you can say that one trains like shit, eats like shit and that is why he looks like shit.

But who is to say the guy who looks great is not using some Armidex or Cytadren to prevent estrogen build up or a few iu's of Growth Hormone now and again????? and that this has more to do with him looking good than his diet and training alone.

I have watched some top male pro's train and 90% of the time their intensity is far from being high, and do you have any idea what some of these guy's diets are in the off season????

Try 2 KFC Bargain buckets for one meal etc, etc, etc.

So how can some of them still remain 12 - 14% bodyfat in the offseason?????

without drugs Mr Olympia would weigh about 220-230 ripped on stage. and thats if he has GREAT genetics.

This is not a flame only a question.

Why is it necessary continually to attack W6 and/or his clients? He has been a fantastic source of information on topics other than AAS.
I would hate to see him leave.
Perhaps it is female intuition but we know when things are best left in private or better yet, dropped. We also respect each others privacy.
I hope you will do the same. :)
