DAMN!!!
For some unknown reason I never liked doing deadlifts, I am not sure if it was because I could never get the form right or if they just felt strange when I tried them before. But since starting the 5X5 I have taken the time to get my form down and really focus on feeling the muscles, and boy are they telling me how much the like it. From my traps to my lower back are loving me today let me tell you.
Squats used to be my favorite exercise, but I am really beginning to lean towards Deadlifts. Maybe now my back will catch up with my legs...
Maybe Alice Cooper was singing about deadlifts when he sang about loving the dead...
Anyone else love deadlifts and squats or am I just a sick freak?
