Hi
First I would like to appologize for my english, it's not my native language
I'm thinking about going back to the gym after some time off and I need to learn some things properly
I moved to a new city and I don't have any training partners here, and I would also not like to pay for a personal trainer
I have some problems with my back, especially that I can't seem to get my back in correct position when doing deadlifts and as it's such an effective way to train your back with I'd like to learn how to do it properly for once so I don't need to skip it
does anyone have some images/videos/description for a dummy on how to do deadlifts properly without fucking up my back
Regards
