With regards to Deadlifts....
I would recommend that you train it no more than twice a week, on either monday/thursday or tuesday/friday, least you run the risk of over-training the muscles and not getting the potential growth and development that you deserve.
You may want to experiment with your recuperative ablilties by taking a day to do one seriously brutal leg workout.
Typically I get someone to train their legs with about 15-20 sets of leg presses, then to allow them to rest until their legs have completely recovered from the blasting.
This often times takes between 72-96 hours... a long time but it gives you general idea of your powers of recovery.
