Deadlift grip - To change or not?

For those of you who use the over/under grip when deadlifting, do you switch your grip every work out or not? I have been deadlifting for about a year now and have always used the left hand supinated (palm up) and the right hand pronated (palm down) - I think I got those correct.

What do you guys do?

I use the same grip as you, and have used it for the past 7 years. I have a wrist injury which keeps me from being able to switch.

Yeah I keep the same over under. Been doing that for probably 6 years or more.

I DL with both overhanded. o/u just feels weird. Haven't tried it in a long time though. May try it again, just for grins.

I know I read somewhere that it is good to switch up now and again to avoid creating strength inbalances, although I cannot remember enough to document this so I don't advise it.

I agree with Liftbig, you want your signature set-up imprinted in your mind everytime.

Does anyone switch up?
