Deadlift Form

My lower back has finally healed to the point where I can start incorporating deads back into my routine. Even when I used to do them I was a little hazy on the exact form, and since I already messed up my back once, I would like to use the correct form. I'm not sure as to how much your supposed to bend your knees. I mean the more you go down with your knees the more legs your incorporating, but on the other side, I don't want to do stiff legs. Whats the right compromise?? I want to target my back as much as possible.

hard to really get the form down in words. I would suggest looking for some good online videos. Sumo would be best for your back, involves it the least. Try here:
