Speed Bench press: 55lbs x 10 x 2 pr
Speed Overhead press: 50lbs x 4 x 1 pr
Close grip bench press: 55lbs x 2 x 3
One arm DB extensions: 5lbs x 3 x 10
Front Plate Raises: 15lbs x 3 x 10
I also flipped my 250 tire on sunday 80 ft in 51 sec. That is definately a huge pr for me. It just seemed like I was in the zone and it was no problem......although I was wheezing when i finished....but as bfold has said in the past....you can breath when your done!!! HAHA
