Had some fun today...felt fast and strong. It was so hot in my garage today, I felt like i was going to black out or something after every few sets. Drank like 4 bottles of water durring the workout and 1 gatorade. Had the new metallica song on the cd I was listening today...its some hardcore stuff...real good. Makes me want to punch someone in the face lolol
Workout went a little something like this:
BW rev hyper 2x10
Box squats + light bands
Bar x 10
155 8x2 fast

I had planned for 235 in my book...I don't know why I didn't put the fives on...just realized that after watching the video lol. Still a pr though

Band ham curls
light band 3x15
Standing abs with light band
3xhigh reps
BW calve raise on calve thinggy
3x20
Light forward sled dragging 6 trips
Pinch grip work 2 10lb plates for 40 secs at a time on and off
Im using raw weight next week and want to take a heavy single. I'd really like 300+ what do you guys think? 315? or would that be pushing it for box squats
