damn, hows it feel doing sets with the red bar(ive havent used it yet, i bet it would be great for my arch.)
tonight heres what i did. i squatted off a 15.5 inch box.
6 sets of 2, 335x3 sets and 365x3 sets
supersetted with 6 singles of cutting my leg open on the damn wires that come out of the frickin mats
deadlifts against bands-(this is the exercise that will bring my deadlift up alot) 135x 5 singles back to back with the black mini's doubled or whatever the hell it was. this kicked my ass and made me look like a little pussy bitch. but it will teach me to squeeze my glutes harder at lockout so whatever it takes.
then i did some stading abs with the blue band for a few set
guess its time to lay low on the trash talkin to joe. ill let zech hit it hard for a few weeks.
i have also decided its time to drop a little weight, lou says ill be stronger if i drop some weight off. im gonna try to get down enough so i dont shut the scale off

im prolly about 415 right now, so id like to be 375 or so for april.
