Dbol usage

[FONT=&quot]I want to take 20 mg of dbol a day. (4 tabs ) But how do I take them? Do I break them up 4 times a day four hours apart? Do I take them twice a day, 2 tabs each dose? Do I shoot for all four at a time? I am confused? Please help.[/FONT]

How old are you, what is your training experience, previous cycle experience, and body fat percentage? Dbol has a short half life and should be spread out, but I don't recommend using it solo, and definitely don't use it without proper support and ancillaries

You sound too young and you definitely haven't read our articles on dbol.

Base of any AAS cycle is test...If you want to take gear buy some needles and syringes and be a man

twice a day will work. some guys do 3X a day.. dbol has only a 4-6 hour half life
