dbol on off days?

currently taking 25mg of dbol 1.5 hrs before workouts. but my questions is should i even bother taking the dbol on my off days since its half life is only like 6 hrs? and if so do you think taking ti in the morning would be the best? thanks guys
 
uhm its not a waste at all. take it on off days, it helps u recover faster and gives u other benifits.
 
i have done both and find it better to take on training days only (providing you are not running dbol only). it would be better if you would take another 25 mg post w/o. like someone else said pre w/odbol, train hard post w/o eat big, dbol, then nap its about the best possible thing you can do.
 
Even Dan Duchane said not dosing on off days was ok.
Dianabol's half time life is only 3.2-4.5 hours, application at least twice a day is necessary to acheive a somewhat even concentration of the substance in the blood. On days of intense training, the half time life is reduced even further, so the application of three times per day appears sensible.
 
IMO ...
I'd rather keep a steady flow of aas in my system on every day.
Each day the body has a need for this help in the cell destruction/creation sequence.
I take my orals with each of 4 main meals around the clock.

Solid advice.

You'll want to take it everyday to keep your blood levels consistent.
