Oh dude it's sick! Strangely my strength has stayed fairly stagnant other than my legs and back have improved but my drive and pumps and body recomp is gettin pretty nuts... I'm eating like just around maintenance all week with carbs fairly low and a shit ton ass load of protein and the. Fairly high fats, then having my all out one day feast session, and gainin like a pound a week and gettin leaner! I actually lost a pound this week though even with my binge day... But I also lowered my test dose in 1/2 so I figure I'm pissin out a bit of water with that... Srs tho I've never seen my striations and veins and like muscle seperation look like this before. It's pretty badass... I'm sittin at 210 now empty stomach and at leasssst 3% less bodyfat than I was at 196.
Another note is that my fatigue has gotten better in general, but my cardio endurance is getting worse for sure... 30 min stepper sessions are becoming a fuckin major task.
I knocked out 325 for 15 ass to grass low bar squats yesterday, rep PR by like 5 reps for me. And underhand row I got 315 for 15 raw, just chalked up. (Not a very judge worthy compound lift, but still shocked myself when I did it)
Sleep is still shit, moodiness has leveled out a bit, night sweats are BAD (literally wake up and my beater is soaked it's gross)
Having fun though and it's only 12 days into the ace still. Hoping to hit a lean 220 within the next 4-6 weeks
