#1. Alternating Knee Up - 30 sec
#2. Single Leg Glute Bridge - 30 sec
#3. Leg Pulse (Right & Left Leg) - 30 sec each side
#4. DB Press - 30 sec
#5. DB Lateral Raises - 30 sec
#6. DB Lateral Shoulder Circles - 30 sec
#7. Corner Kicks (Right & Left Leg) - 30 sec each side
#8. DB Reverse Fly - 30 sec
#9. Alternating Front Raises - 30 sec each side
#10. DB Front Raise Hold - 60 sec
