Im gona go do 30 mins of cardio, at around a med intensity right now to try and get back into keto. My question is does anyone know of faster ways to get back in? Should I maybe up the cardio to an hour? or 45 mins maybe? Or maybe do cardio now and then another 30 mins later tonight? Should I just load up the fat? Drink a gallon+ of water?
1 more question say I do a 6/1 keto/carbup if i carbup on the saturday morning and by sunday morning just resume keto by the time i get back into keto im assuming it will be tuesday, and that means i only have 3-4 days in keto is that long enough? I just did a 2 week keto, and 3-4 days + 2 trying to get back in and 1 carb-up seems like a waste. Should I do a carb-up every second week then? Thanks
