Dark circles under eyes- help!

I was wondering if anyone here could help me. I've got these really dark circles under my eyes that I've had for a long time. I'm not sure if it's from something lacking in my diet, or what cuz I usually get enough sleep. I've been trying to find out a way to get rid of them. Does anyone have any advice?
Thanx!

How much sleep is "enough" for you? Everyone's different - my optimum sleep is 9 hours, though I can live with 7 hours if I have to.

When I drop water, I get more hollow under my eyes. When I have more carbs, they fill in. Or it could be your facial structure. You could try those herbal eye packs, I've heard those work pretty well. I'm not sure where one buys those, probably where you buy bath salts and such.

maybe you could try the vitamin K creams, that is what i do at night and it seems to help. i don't know how dark of circles you have though. do you have puffiness?

well I know some folks will disagree, but it is not the area under the eye that is getting darker, it is the skin on the face getting lighter.....try some fake tan

circles under the eyes

I don't know if anybody else would agree, but I believe it's not the sleep...even though everybody does have different sleep needs, tanning is good but could make the circles darker, and there are all other kinds of suggestions that could make a difference. I am betting with the person who said check your liver, but not just that. You are probably needing to cleanse your system. Just be warned that one time may not be enough. It may take a time or two or even three, but sometimes circles under the eyes...besides lack of sleep, can also be a sign of constipation or just lacking of nutrients. After a while, your body begins to build up on fat and other nasties in your system and your body just needs to be cleaned out. See if you can find a good cleanse. I know of one and can suggest it to you if you like. Let me know.:p

i get this too sometimes, and because i am very fair, the problem seem even worse than it is. diet could play a large part...i've heard that too few carbs for too long can make the face seem sallow and tired

hey csgoo

i'd be interested in hearing your opinion on a good cleanse. does it aid in weight loss (is it just for flushing toxins)

A clease will get rid of any toxins that are built up in your kidneys and liver. It should get rid of any fat, excess toxins, etc. Yes, it will help with weight loss if you are at a plateau. If you are taking supplements, it's a good idea to clease your body every 90 days just because toxins can and do build up that fast. There are a few on the market. You can email me personally and I can give you a suggestion on one that I know works well. You might be surprised on the energy one can feel after a good cleanse. If you're wondering, yes I sell supplements, but I don't like to push them on anybody. If you are interested, you can email me at [email protected] and I will be happy to talk/email you about it. you can also find a clease in a good nutional store. Akin's Healthfood store would probably have some, but I don't know how good they are. They will make you tired the first couple of days, then when you are through with a clease, you can get back on any supplements you were on before. Just don't intake any caffine while on a clease and absolutely drink LOTS of water. Water helps in more ways then most people know! This is from a Weight Watcher user as well. Like I said, I am happy to talk about the one i sell, but contact me if you would like to hear about it. This, in my opinion, is not a place to sell things. (I don't want to use this area as a selling place or to make people to feel uncomfortable. Let me know if you like!):D
