dangers mixing yohimbine HCL with ketoprofen cream(as a transdermal)

I have have yohimbine HCL and I need a transdermal. If I use DMSO I need to cover the area with something so bacterias and stuff don't absorb thrue the skin. I thought of using this cream: 25 mg ketoprofen, etanol, 2-propanol, karboxypolymetylen, ammonium 10%, och dest. wather. Now I don't know If there would be any complications using it with Yohimbine HCL. What do you say?
