I started adding 25mg Ephedrine HCL this week along with my first dose of 2 Adipokinetix tabs, and wow, it makes a huge difference. The boost of energy is amazing.
Damn, adding Ephedrine to Adipo really kicks!!!

Really, I never thought adding ephedrine to norephedrine would be very beneficial. Or very wise

Do a search for some posts by Mr. X on the subject. Norephedrine does not work in the same fashion as ephedrine.

I took ephedra once....
A long time ago. I was shaking and generally wigging out like a cartoon character. Total strangers were asking me if Iwas okay, and I couldn't believe this stuff was even legal.
Since then, I researched it. Lots of people have died. And hush-hush lawsuits followed.
Yes, it's effective. Insanely effective! (I got the best workout of my life, then came home and cleaned by apartment like June Cleaver on acid.) But I'll never do it again. Health first, ya know?

I've a question when you added the Ephedrine did you remove it equivalent in Nor?
Otherwise would you have recieved the same effects simply by taking more the totaling equivalent of just ephe
I say just ephe because nor isn't supposed to be as stimulatory as eph so that may be another reason why it seemed to make such a difference.
Of course I'd like to find out it really is true and 20 eph and 20nor is more potent than either 40 eph or 40 nor. (probly is stronger than 40 nor as a stim but thats been explained)

ma huang extract is the same as ephadrine right ??? well i dont get this part it says on my bottle of suppliments ma huang extract (ephedra sinica )(aerial) 335mg , (standardized for 6% ephedrine group alkaloids)(20mg) ???? i am wondering what all this means ? im clueless here

The Ma Huang herb is the natural source of ephedra. What they do when they standardize it is they show you how much of the active ingredient, in this case ephedra, is actually in the product. So, while there is 335mg of ma huang, you are really only getting 20mg of the active ingredient ephedra from the ma huang herb. (standardized to 6% means that the ma huang contains only 6% of the active ingredient ephedra...6% of 335mg = 20mg ephedra) Hope this helps...if you need me to clarify a little more just let me know.
