Hi Daiisy you answered me more times so I have another question to you or to others girls too what do you think about rate 50:30:20 C:F is it good for fat loss or is better way 40:40:20? what can you me reccomended??
Carbs at 50% is likely too high. I wouldn't go above 40% for carbs on a cutting diet.
I tend not to worry too much about exact percentages and lean more towards thinking about grams. I always get 1-1.5g protein per lb of body weight, less than 100g carbs, and around 40g fat. BUT, this is what works for ME.
Give or take a few percentages and grams here and there, I average about 50% protein, 30% fat and 20% carbs....according to my record on fitday.com, yesterday that consisted of about 160g protein, 40g fat and 70 carbs. 1304 calories. (Don't normally go above 1500).
If that sounds off and I should do something different, please let me know After years of the low fat craze, psychologically the 30% fat freaks me out, even though I KNOW good fats are necessary and the majority of that is from the ounce of almonds I snack on @ work each day!
uau 40g fat isn't it too much?? I try now 1200cal an rat. 40:40:20 {120g, 120g, 25 g} I thing that go below 100g carbs is not good for me, I don't feel good, I'm tired, my body starve. SO I'll be see.

We are different people, different stats, different trainging, different EVERYTHING. This is why what works for ME is not necessarily what will work for YOU or anyone else.
Jen gave good advice - pick a diet, stick with it for a few weeks THEN re-evaluate what you want to change. It will take a few weeks for your body to adjust and get results. Be patient. Finding the right diet for YOU will take *months* (if not longer) of trial and error.
