im addicted to them all
milk.. cheese....

what should u cut them back to?
im taking 2% milk, i hate skim... i was thinking 1%

cheese...i dont kno wtf u can do with this lol

fat free everything the way to go... what should i do? i still need calcium, and i dont want to go hardcore in dairy cut backs, but reasonable enough that i can still enjoy, and not worry about the fat

Why are you so worried? Milk and milk products are great for you, with awesome amino profiles. Some disagree, but thats their loss. As far as cutting fat, go skim for your shakes (you cant tell) and then 1% for drinking. I used to drink only 2. but since i started using skim in shakes, i can drink either one and be happy. YOu can go for lower fat cheeses if you want, but IMO it aint a huge deal, eliminating some fat from milk is really the only major step necessary.

so i figured, im thinking thats where most of my fat intake comes from
just trying to cut out what i dont really need
i'll drop to 1% milk

Dairy doesn't agree with me, so I try to limit the amount I eat for other reasons. I'm currently cutting, so I decided to use the next 12 weeks to eliminate it from my diet (I shouldn't have it anyway).

Anyway, there are other sources of calcium (nuts, broccoli, etc.). Are you taking a good multi-vitamin? In addition, your PP may have a good amount of calcium in it. I use Designer Whey and 1 scoop give 22% of the recommended amount of calcium.
