cycle idea and dose quesitons.

Here we go again...another newbie with cycle questions. I have been reading about AAS for months online every free moment I get. So i did try to educate myself before posting dumb questions. I also ordered one of George's books that will be here in a couple of days.

My question is what kind of doses based on my current status.

46 Y/O male 5 ft. 8. Used to be 255 lbs and have got down to 182 lbs. I visited my Dr. in May last year and after my blood test he suggested Test CYP at 200 MG every two weeks. I have been on it since May and I think it has definitely helped out in the Gym.

my diet is very strict 50% protein, 30% fat. and 20% carbs. I have tried flipping the carbs and fat and it put weight on pretty quick so I flipped back. I have logged every meal and daily weight since last July so I know exactly how food effects me. I only eat around 1600-1800 calories daily. I have not had a cheeseburger, pizza, or French fry in over a year....my idea of cheating is cashews, raisins, and cranberries.

I do 40 minutes cardio 4-5 times a week consisting of bicycle time. I go to the gym usually 7 days a week, get good rest, no alcohol in 6 years. BP is perfect 115 over 75. currently around 17-18% BF

I have played with 4 week runs of anavar at 50 mg daily in the past and it seemed to work well.

I would like to get to the next level and I'm considering running a Test E./Deca/Dbol cycle. What kind of dose would you recommend?
I see examples online of 500mg TEST E/ 400mg deca/ and 30MG dbol daily. But is that dose level more targeted to someone who benches 600 lbs? or is it even measured like that?

Definitely concerned about gyno and would like to keep the water retention to a minimum.
reccomendations for AI and PCT would be appreciated.

my goal is to get to the next level in mass , I feel like I have ran into a plateau.

You haven't hit a plateau, you don't eat enough.

1800 calories a day doesn't get you to "the next level in mass"

18% bodyfat is not ideal BF for anabolics unless you're one of those 300 pound WSM guys.

Cashews are very high in fat, raisins and cranberries are loaded with sugar. How often do you eat them?

Training 7 days a week is OVER training. Rest = results.
 
I agree with EZ here. If you want to gain mass, you need food before steroids. Keep your macro set up and increase the calories by 200-300. Leave it there for two weeks, and if you don't start gaining a little, add another 200-300 for two weeks. Repeat until you start gaining weight. But obviously going up too fast can cause fat and bloat.
About your TRT. An injection every two weeks sucks. See if you can do weekly.
18% is a little high. Even for a test solo run. Add in deca and dbol? And you'll be asking for side effects. If you want to take the step, take the correct ones. Try food increase to gain mass. And try to cut a little body fat. Honestly if you are at 18% and only eating 1800, your body has adjusted and shut down your fat burning.

Your quote above about shut down is exactly my thoughts on the "plateau". I will work on my diet and workout basics.

I can pull more body fat off.....i have already lost 70 plus lbs of fatass. Hopefully I can do it without losing the muscle and strength I have gained this past year.

I guess my thought process was the steroids would replace or work the same as adding on more calories, force the muscle on, which would help to burn more calories and things could start moving forward that way....backwards thinking I guess.

Easy E....the snack thing is a sunday after morning workout thing, only 1/3 cup of each

What saiyan means but "shut down your fat burning" is that you're probably in a catabolic state. You're eating too few calories for an adult male and your body is either A) desperately holding onto what little food it gets and storing it as fat for fear it won't get food again or B) because of the lack of food it's burning muscle to survive...or a combo of the 2.

To your point on "backward thinking" yes, that's backwards, but that's ok....this is how you learn

Drop the nuts and berries that frequently. Too much sugar & too much fat (even tho its good fat)

Not crazy about your TRT dose; 100 mg's a week is probably doing more harm that anything. A pretty standard dose is 200 every week, not sure why your doctor prescribed you such a low dose.
 
I DO NOT agree with dropping the fats too much. but agree with everything else stated here.
you need to up your cals almost 2 fold IMO.
an eating too little will actually slow fatloss for reasons stated above.
you need ot slowly increse food so your body adjusts, and yes you may be bloated and gain more in first weeks of eating more, but thats to be expected after starving yourself.
also 100mg ew is better than 200mg every 2 weeks. but iv seen worse (every 3 weeks).

as for cycle, although I feel you need to work on the other things first, when ready I would rec something along the lines of:
500mg teste ew for 12-14 weeks
300mg deca ew for 12 weeks (run test 2ish weeks longer than deca)
30mg dbol ed (personally since this is first real cycle i would rec no dbol this time around or maybe tbol since less estro sides)
AI dex 0.25-0.5mg eod from start of cycle to start of pct.
PCT 4-5 weeks of combo: 50mg clomid ed and 20mg tamox ed
Prami on hand while using deca (rui has it and the pct stuff)

I would rec lots of healthy fats and ofcourse protein. maybe keep the cranberries for post workout or earlier in day, but dont go crazy on them.
 
thanks for the feedback.....I put everything on the back burner until I can get my fat % down. I adjusted my diet and cardio program, weight is already falling
off.
