Cycle help (week 3)

Unnatural

New member
Hey bros,

I'm in my 3rd week of my cyp/dbol cycle (weeks 1-8 600mg cyp, weeks 1-4 35mg dbol/day).

My question (or observation) is that I'm not really feeling the strength increase I thought I should. I know for sure that my gear is legit, and I'm eating like a pig on death row. Still, I guess it could still be slightly early to tell.

Anyways, if anyone has any ideas on why my gains are so slow, I'd appreciate any input.

thanks

PS: 205 pounds, 5"11, 15%bf, first cycle.

thanks

Your sure your gear is legit? You should have seen strength gains from the dbol within a couple of days from when you started it.

I'm 99.9% sure that my stuff is for real....both were sealed and in original packaging with inserts.
I'm training hard (5 days a week, not overtraining in my opinion), eating right, and resting well...I am getting some decent pumps, but nothing of the massive strength increases I'm told I should have...

I must be doing something wrong, but I can't seem to put my finger on it...

Strength gains just don't happen. You are obligated to make them happen. It's up to you to put more weight on the bar...That's not the dbols responsibility. Unless you're training solely for powrer or for sport purpose massice leaps in strength are irrelevant and should not be your goal. You need enough poundage to stimulate the muscles. You don't need enough poundage to win a power lifting contest, unless of course that is your goal and purpose for using gear. For bodybuilding purposes you need to cause a hypertrophic reaction in the muscle. If it feels heavy to you...it's heavy to your muscle and it's going to do the damage necessary to evoke a growth response. Strength should increase in order to allow the poundage to increase which in turn will further stimulate hypertrohpy, but the goal is not a 600 pound bench.

Beezers, thanks for the help mate...as irony would have it, I just got back from the gym, and I tried all out for the heaviest I could lift...lo and behold I am pumped beyond belief....I think my mistake has not been pushing myself past my normal limit...From now on in (for the rest of this cycle at least), it's gonna be heavy heavy heavy all the way
