So i am 23 years of age.
I have been doing strenght training for 10 years
martial arts for 8 years and been doing sports all my life.
Ive always wanted to be natural, but thinking logically about it it gives you more job security juicing when you are going pro in a sport with very limited security. So my question is What cycle would you recomend only for less recovery time, more endurance and little bit added strength ? Id like to keep everything on the lower end and only cycle before competition in the preperation and when taking heavy training phases. I am just thinking month - 6 weeks of sustanon or test prop and maybe oxandrolone. Help much appriciated
also i cannot get any heavier.

strength stats(if it matters):
deadlift 210kg/462lb
squat: 190kg/418lb
benchpress: 135kg/297lb
