Hey Everyone! Need some cycle and diet help for my friend
who is an experienced amatuer bodybuilder/personal trainer and gym owner who has been training for 17 years and cycled for the
last 8 years. He is 34 y/o and an ectomorph. Here are his stats from his last NPC competition as a
light heavy-weight:
Weigh-in: 182lb
Height: 5'8"
Chest: 48"
Arms: 18"
Waist: 28"
Thigh: 29"
Calves: 16"
Bodyfat: 3%
His current stats are:
Weight: 221lb
Chest: 50"
Arms: 19"
Waist: 32"
Thigh: 30"
Calves: 16"
Bodyfat: 12-13%
He is looking to do a serious cycle that will put on maximum lean mass with minimal fat increase.
Here is what he has in mind:
Week 1-3: 1 amp Sus250 ed
Week 1-3: Fina 100mg ed
Week 3-12: Deca 400 wk
Week 3-12: EQ 800 wk
Week 3-12: Fina 100mg ed
Week 6-12: Winstrol 50mg ed
Week 6-12: T3 25-100mcg ed
Liquidex/arimidex .5-1mg ed
Nolva 20mg ed (to help control blood lipid profile)
Tylers liver detox and/or milk thistle and R-ALA
Any diet suggestions would be welcome too. Like how many calories X bodyweight based on the above
info. He wants to eat clean, low GI complex carbs, plenty of lean beef/chicken and fish. Lots of
EFA's (nuts avocados, R-ALA, CLA, GLA). Additonal protein will 2-3 60g whey shakes a day with added
glutamine/creatine (dextrose/maltodextrin for post workout.) Other supps Isotonix OPC and multi vitamins.
