Cycle before or after cut?

Hi,

I have read a lot of different opinions on this subject so thought id ask for peoples experiences on here.

Is it best to cut first and then get on a cycle to gain? or is it best to bulk up with a cycle and then cut?
 
Almost always cut first.

First, you have less estrogenic sides with lower body fat while on cycle
Also - should never cut through PCT and at least in my opinion and experience - from a mental perspective cutting is hard. I find it easier to cut with the 'reward' being a cycle. Going from a feel awesome / eat lots cycle to off gear / cutting is hard mentally. Best avoid that situation.

Thats what way round i was thinking too.

Im currently at about 15% bf so at a point where i could go either way. Ill aim for closer to 10% and then look to gain (lean mass hopefully)

or your cut could end up cutting a lot of new muscle off your frame. You still wana bulk in a sense during pct, or you can also risk losing a lot of new muscle.
 
i would run a sarms triple stack... get yourself in excellent shape and condition for your cycle... sarms will get you there... you always want to be in the best condition possible before running a cycle... here is the stack...

This is what most guys do so I think it's the right protocol:

Half ass it for a good 6 months or so eating shit, drinking, and going thru the motions @ the gym. Then run a cycle thinking it will work like magic beans. Make sure you bump up the doses to ridiculous level, too cuz more juice = more gains right?

Then run little to no PCT & go right back to half assing it.
 
That sounds like a good plan. However after already training for 6 years (ill admit 2 of thoses were "going through the motions") i cant follow that too closely. My diet is 99% there and rarely drink anything. The cycle i was looking at was a simple 400-500mg per week test e cycle. Nothing else other than AI's and PCT. Depending on results i can tweek it and concider upping it or adding other things
