I wouldn't add any more test or deca.
How many cycles have you run so far and how old are you if I may ask?

you need proviron.. very important with deca

also i would not use t3, you are just throwing in drugs without any reason.. makes no sense in a bulking cycle to use t3

as steve said, theres absolutely no need nor reason to use t3 unless you have a medical need for it...
