Was wondering if I could get some advice and critique on a cycle I'm looking to start.

Age 28
5'7
185lb
11% bf
Bench 320x3
Squat 405x1
Weeks 1-12 test prop 125mg eod
1-12 arimidex .5 eod
5-12 anavar 50mg ed
Pct
Clomid 150/150/100/100
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
My goal with this cycle is to on quality muscle over quantity. 10-15lbs of muscle and I'm has happy as can be. Looking for a leaner look (diet is already figured and have macros for the the plan)
My main questions are is 125 mg prop enough or should I pump it up to 150 and for my pct do I need both clomid and nolva or will nolva alone be fine. Thanks in advance.
