Test, Deca, D-bol is a tried and true cycle....not MY 1st choice but no need to re-invent the wheel.
I agree on dropping BF before you start.
Deca is a bitch to recover from, a lot of guys like it but I feel that EQ is a better choice for your goals. Just my opinion.
Ultimately you gotta be ALL IN long before you start and long after, whatever happened last time is in the past and this will not work if the focus isn't there.
