Cutting weight for a meet

bawling: I need to lose about 8lbs for a meet on feb 22 , and I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions on how to do it, or when to start. Any info would be apprecitated.
 
You can starve the last 2 days, and then drink some magnesium citrate. :D that will clean you out, or drop saome water weight in a sauna or with water pills, try not eating dinner one night and weighing yourself the next morning to see how far off you are first.
 
What the f? - I'm in the 242s. I thought you were doing the 275s?

Dammit. If you beat me I could say you were in the weight class above me you little shit.

I'll beat your ass in the bench. You'll beat mine in the squat. The deadlift is where it goes down. (Unless I beat you by 50 in the bench, and you beat me by 200 in the squat) -lol

It really depends on your current diet. If you drink everything but water, make the switch to nothing but water.....that can take you there by itself....increasing your fiber intake naturally or with psyllium husks is also something to try, as well as taking 2 doses of stacker or something similar every day until the meet....(you can take one day off a week to keep your tolerance low)

It's only 8 lbs man, no need to get crazy.
