cutting to bulking..

Hi,
I am going from cutting to bulking now and I wonder ifd its okay to do it right away , or take time off . (going from taking hydoxycut and glutamine one day to takin creatine and a weight ganer the next). Thanks
 
Depends

Have you been training regularly? If you have a decent amount of muscles, I suggest cutting. If you don't have any type of development going, then start bulking. Gain something to cut. No point in cutting up if you're going to look like you just came out of a concentration camp.
 
Just slowly adjust the calories back up, don't just heave on into full blown bulk eating.

Start with maintence calories and see if your gaining strength on that stick with that untill the gains teter off then up them slowly again and repeat as needed as your metabolism revs back up.
 
i would go wtih cutting your calories around 500 calories about every five days so in about three weeks you will be down to your calorie requirements to cut, also for cardio i would reccomment working up to what you want to do slowly like once the first week, then twice the second, then three and the same on for the remainder if u want to do three.
