Let me first start by saying that last April I had a sever work related injury and ended up getting cut on a few times (my foot) and was on crutches non-weight bearing for 6 fucking months (oct. '05). I was in decent shape before the accident (had just sarted my get in shape for summer diet), but went to hell quickly with no cardio, no weights, and a" I dont give a fuck what I eat anymore attitude" lol In January of this year I was released by the Doc to work out again, oh yea, and go back to work.....

some stats at the time 34yo 5'6" 191#'s 23%bf (had my work physical in Dec...they use a Bod pod for BF...displaces air instead of water, pretty accurate)

January 17th I started my diet. Real clean, avg about 2100 cals a week. 1 cheat meal a week. Very proud of my diet, and a thanks to this board for an even better diet education. ( I am still on my diet, and plan to stay all summer, but add a few more cals when it comes time to just maintain)

supps: I ran ECA for 2 weeks, T-rex for 2 weeks, clen (when the AAS started) for about 10 days, Trex for 2 weeks.....repeat. I also threw in Sesa, gluc., and green tea extract

AAS= tren only at 75mg ED. I am curently on my last week of an 9 weeker. (so out of 20 weeks of diet, only 9 on AAS)

T-3 for 3 weeks from weeks 4-7 of tren. (this combo worked great, even at really low doses of t-3,my first time)

Results as of today.
still 5'6" (damn!) 164.5#'s, 7.5% bf, gained 20#'s on bench (340#s), and about 50#'s on squats....really, every lift either gained or maintained, all while dropping 26.5#'s (barely more than 1lb a week). Blood work looked great, and in fact my cholesterol improved drastically, and it was good to begin with (I think it was the gluc., sesa???)...but I dont have the numbers in front of me. The lowest bf% I had ever been was about 9-10% when I was 24-25...so in 20 weeks I went from my fattest to my leanest at 34 years old.

I am a big fan of the tren (and I have already debated tren only cycles....It doesnt shut ME down that bad, and I keep my gaines). I am sure the supps played a role too, but mostly it was the hard work of the diet, the cardio, and the weights.....kudos to everyone here for the usefull info (especially the diet section) and the motivation along the way.

Just wanted to brag and say thanks!

got a question too.....in 3 weeks I have a little vacation at a beach for the weekend. Thought about preparing for this kinda like its a contest. Is this a bad idea at this point you think? I wont be on any AAS, and will be post cycle, I dont want to jeopardize my gaines, but would like to drop a little water (nothing drastic like for a contest) and a little more bf%. Was thinking of carb depleting for a week (or two??), then loading a day or two before the trip.

any ideas or suggestion would be great. Thanks
